Today, I went for my mid year retreat for our own MSG group. :) During the retreat, we were introduce to a character call Derek Redmond. It is a touching story which i hope I can share with more people hoping his story can motivate people to move on in life and have the courage to strive for the better.How many people have the courage to carry on running after a great fall? I hope you do... Life is a long race, complete it and never give up at any point of your life. :)
